Hopper magnet TM
The TM magnetic separator is designed to separate ferromagnetic contaminants from plastic pellets directly in the injection molding machine hopper. The separator’s design ensures uniform material flow through the magnetic tubes.

- easy cleaning,
- magnets housed in stainless steel tubes,
- quick maintenance without the need for manual removal of contaminants.
During cleaning, simply slide the magnetic core out of the stainless steel tube and the captured metal particles will fall out on their own.
Hopper magnet TM FL
The TM FL magnetic separator is based on the TM design but is additionally equipped with a special collar that eliminates dead spots during material flow.
Main advantages:
- elimination of dead spots,
- ensuring all material passes through the separator,
- higher separation efficiency,
- easy cleaning and maintenance.
Thanks to this design, the TM FL is particularly suitable for operations with high demands on separation quality.
