A steel base 20 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick with a zinc-plated finish, fitted with double-sided adhesive tape. You stick this self-adhesive metal disc counterpart onto wood, glass, plastic, plasterboard or lacquered aluminium and create a surface the magnet holds on to. It is not a magnet in itself — it works only in a pair with a magnet, most often with magnets and pot magnets up to 20 mm in diameter. Mounting takes no drilling and no tools.
